The Sapporo Municipal Subway is a metro system in Sapporo, Japan. The system is operating on Hokkaido, the second-largest island in Japan. It started operation in December 1971, consisting of three lines and 46 stations.
A one-day ticket for the subway allows unlimited rides for one day. The price for adults is 830 yen and for children 420 yen.
